First we mill the wood in to strips 1/4"X3/4"
and 20 foot long then planed down to 3/16 X
5/8
Then each strip is shaped on two sides with a
bead & cove this aids in seemless joints
As shown here with Redwood and Sugar Pine,
after this each piece is color matched for a
creative and Eye caching design .
Then the strips are carefuly placed on the
forms and glued to each other.
Soon it all starts to take shape

and sanded it's ready for
the Epoxy & Fiberglass
coatings
